Corona dell'Arte has been making the rounds since October 2020. It is a monthly variety show produced by Silent Theatre Company and is presented to both a live and digital audience. The show features local talent and is hosted by two clowns - Baba Yana, the Soviet Jewish Grandma, and her brother, Itzik. This project began as a cure for the common bore during the pandemic and as a way to safely provide laughter in these challenging times. For more details or to be part of the limited live audience, please visit www.silenttheatre.com or look up Corona dell'Arte on FB

The Moon on Fire shows are the first of the Berteau Trippers Series performed live in my back yard in front of a limited audience. The program is broadcast live on FB/VisceralAdventure with new performers every themed full moon in the summer of 2021. The presentation features music, storytelling, comedy, snacks, sharing, and ritual. If you would like to be a part of the live audience, shoot an email with the number of guests and date(s) you wish to attend.

The Seven Secret Plays of Madam Caprice began as a dream. It went on to be workshopped and produced by Silent Theatre and then, five years after its last performance, it was reimagined as a digital arrangement. I live-streamed it on 3/26/21 on the STC website. It still features live music, narrative movement, and a bit with a whale. The screening premiere took part in Echoes of Chicago's Happy Birthday Chicago. This play has a special place in my heart as I wrote and directed it. Although I have grown in lots of ways since then, its ideas and worldviews still resonate with me.

The International Beethoven Project has been producing the Beethoven Birthday Bash since 2009. 2020 marked the great composer's 250th birthday which, due to Covid19, went digital. The live stream included international performances for 6 hours each day and highlighted pre-recorded and live content, anecdotal annotations, a virtual gallery, a remote host, and several films. It was available on multiple platforms and promoted internationally. The event was packed to the gills with talent and I had an exhilarating two days!

This was my first adventure with live streaming. I was honored to be the recipient of Arts Alliance's One State Grant which enabled me to hire 26 artists and beam them in from 26 remote locations to produce 5 ten minute plays in 24 hours. It was an experience most thrilling and exhausting.
